S.M.A.R.T.I. – ANIMATION

To make the SMARTI method—Specific, Measurable, Acceptable, Realistic, Time-bound, and Inspiring—more engaging and accessible, I developed a 4-minute and 27-second animated learning video. Aimed primarily at company employees, the video presents the SMARTI framework in a playful and visually appealing manner.​

I was responsible for the entire creative process, from concept development to animation. The video combines clear explanations with vibrant animations to illustrate each component of the SMARTI method, making the content both informative and enjoyable.​

By transforming a traditionally dry topic into an engaging visual experience, this animation serves as an effective tool for understanding and applying the SMARTI method in various professional settings.
